Senior Computer Vision EngineerRaven AI · Deep Learning
Own the detection and tracking models that turn live camera feeds into decision-grade events. You'll take models from research to production on real deployments running thousands of cameras, on-prem and air-gapped.
- Design, train and optimize detection, tracking and re-identification models for live video.
- Push inference to run efficiently on edge and on-prem GPUs (TensorRT, ONNX, quantization).
- Build evaluation pipelines that measure accuracy against real-world deployment data.
- Work with deployment engineers to tune models for each customer's cameras and scenes.
- 4+ years in computer vision / deep learning with production models shipped.
- Strong Python and PyTorch; solid grasp of modern detection & tracking architectures.
- Experience optimizing inference for real-time, resource-constrained environments.
- Pragmatic about the gap between benchmark metrics and field performance.
Backend Engineer (Real-time Systems)Platform · Streaming
Build the streaming backbone that ingests thousands of video and sensor streams, runs analytics in real time, and routes alerts to operators in under five minutes — without dropping a frame.
- Design high-throughput, low-latency pipelines for video and sensor ingestion.
- Build the event, alerting and integration layer that fans out to operator systems.
- Make the platform scale from a single site to thousands of cameras without re-architecting.
- Own reliability, observability and back-pressure handling across the stream.
- 4+ years building distributed, real-time or streaming backend systems.
- Strong in Go, Rust, Python or C++ and message/streaming systems (Kafka, NATS, gRPC).
- Comfortable with containers, GPUs and on-prem/air-gapped deployment constraints.
- Bias toward correctness and observability in systems that can't fail.
Intelligence Fusion EngineerRaven Fusion
Build the engine that resolves OSINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, FININT and sensor data into one entity graph with a defensible confidence score and a provable chain of evidence.
- Design entity resolution, graph and scoring systems across multiple intelligence sources.
- Implement confidence scoring with a complete, audit-trailed evidence chain.
- Build geospatial and pattern-of-life analytics over fused entities.
- Partner with analysts to ensure outputs hold up to operational scrutiny.
- Experience with graph data, entity resolution or data-fusion systems.
- Strong backend engineering (Python/Go/Java) and graph/database fundamentals.
- Comfort reasoning about uncertainty, provenance and explainability.
- Bonus: exposure to intelligence, defense or geospatial domains.
Solutions / Deployment EngineerField · Customer
Be the bridge between the platform and the field — stand up Raven AI and Raven Fusion on customer infrastructure, tune it to their environment, and keep it running where it matters most.
- Deploy and configure the platform on customer hardware, on-prem and air-gapped.
- Tune models and analytics to each site's cameras, scenes and use-cases.
- Run demos and proofs-of-concept against real customer environments.
- Feed field learnings back to product and engineering.
- 3+ years in deployment, solutions or DevOps-style customer-facing engineering.
- Strong Linux, networking, containers and GPU stack troubleshooting.
- Comfortable on-site and travelling to customer deployments.
- Clear communicator who can translate between operators and engineers.
Product DesignerDesign
Design operator-grade interfaces for systems that inform high-stakes decisions — where clarity, trust and speed matter more than decoration.
- Design dense, real-time interfaces for analysts, operators and commanders.
- Turn complex fusion and detection data into clear, defensible visual decisions.
- Own the design system across Raven AI and Raven Fusion.
- Prototype and validate with the people who use the product in the field.
- Portfolio showing complex, data-dense or operational product design.
- Strong interaction and information-design fundamentals.
- Comfortable designing for dark, high-density, real-time environments.
- Fluent with modern design tooling and close collaboration with engineers.
