We are looking for proactive, persuasive, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Field Sales
Executives. This role involves visiting retail locations, pubs, and various shops to introduce and
promote our products/offers.

Location: Mumbai and Mumbai Suburbs

General Summary of the Role:

  1. Conduct visits to assigned shops, pubs, and retail locations to promote our products/offers.
  2. Engage with shop owners, managers, and other decision-makers to present the unique
    value of our offerings.
  3. Provide detailed product information, highlight benefits, and address any questions to
    create interest and drive sales.
  4. Develop and nurture relationships with potential customers to secure ongoing product
    placements and promotions.
  5. Track and report customer feedback, sales opportunities, and market insights for
    continuous improvement.

Requirements and Skills

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or a bachelor’s degree is a
    plus.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, customer engagement, or retail sales is
    preferred.
  3. Strong communication skills with a persuasive and personable approach.
  4. Ability to work independently.
  5. Willingness to travel within assigned areas and work flexible hours as needed.
  6. Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  1. Review tender documents, scope of work, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial
    criteria, preparing summary and coordinate obtaining the required approvals.
  2. Highlight the organization’s unique selling points, competitive advantages, and value
    proposition in proposals.
  3. Ensure that all tender submissions are compliant with the tender guidelines and regulations.
    Perform quality checks to eliminate errors or inconsistencies in proposals.
  4. Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities and stay informed about
    industry trends and competitors.
  5. Communicate with vendors as needed during the tender process, such as non-disclosure
    agreements, confirmation of interest, etc.
  6. Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable contract
    agreements.
  7. Maintain a comprehensive database of tender submissions, outcomes, and feedback. Ensure
    accurate record-keeping for future reference and analysis.
  8. Conduct pricing and cost analysis to determine competitive and profitable pricing strategies
    while meeting the client’s budget constraints.
  9. Create a BOQ in the estimating package by following through on successful acquisitions.
  10. Identify potential risks associated with tender submissions and develop strategies to mitigate
    them. Evaluate the terms and conditions of contracts to assess their impact on the company.
  11. To maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements and Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a
    plus).
  2. Experience of 3-8 Years in tendering process preferably within the banking or Security and
    Surveillance Industry.
  3. Excellent research and analytical abilities.
  4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  5. Project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  6. Proficiency in using relevant software tools and applications for proposal management.
  7. Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and trends.

Role : Deep Learning / Machine Learning / Data Scientist – Intern

Must Have

  1. 0-2 years of experience in developing computer vision applications.
  2. Experience in deploying deep learning/ machine learning models on CPU/edge devices.
  3. Good understanding of CNN architectures, image processing, object detection methods.
  4. Excellent programming skills in python.
  5. Experience in Pytorch/TensorFlow and OpenCV.

Good to have

  1. Knowledge of model optimizations, quantization methods.
  2. Hands-on experience on flask/fast API, dockers, Kubernetes.

Qualification and Experience

  1. Understanding of Full-Stack technologies including some understanding of Deep Learning/
    Machine Learning, and/or reinforcement learning using Tensorflow / Pytorch/ MxNet/ Caffe.
  2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science/engineering/mathematics.

Job Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

General Summary of the Role:

  1. A hands-on technical architect to lead Video Analytics & Surveillance platform.
  2. An ideal candidate would have worked in large scale video platforms (Youtube, Netflix,
    Hotstar, etc) or video analytics companies (Videonetics, Staqu, Intelli-vision, etc.)with
    experience in architecting end to end video streaming infrastructure.
  3. Lead the optimization and improvement in video codec efficiency, encoder rate control,
    transcode speed, video pre/post-processing and error resilience.
  4. Improve end-to-end video experiences on lossy networks in various user scenarios.

Skills Required

  1. Expert level Python programming language skills is a MUST.
  2. Knowledge of streaming protocols RTSP, RTMP, HLS (streaming at scale), MPEG-DASH .
  3. Working knowledge of industry standard H.264, HEVC, AAC, AC-3 A/V, H.265, VP8/VP9 and
    AV1 codecs.
  4. Familiar with Frontend Technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery, NodeJS, VideoJS).
  5. Hands-on experience with container technologies Docker and Kubernetes.
  6. Knowledge of database languages (e.g. MongoDB, SQL, No-SQL) and familiar with version
    control practices and tools (Git, Gitlab etc.).
  7. Experience in dealing with video players on multiple platforms such as iOS, ExoPlayer, Roku,
    video.js and hls.js
  8. Experience in deploying applications at scale on serverless and on-prem platforms.
  9. Experience in integrating iot/sensors with existing solutions.
  10. Experience in CI-CD pipelines, automating training/deployments.
  11. Optimize software to run in real-time on multiple computing platforms.
  12. Identify various opportunities to optimize in video codec, pipeline, error resilience.
  13. Define the video optimization roadmap for both low-end and high-end networks and devices.
  14. Proficient in FFmpeg/Gstreamer command-line tools and libraries.
  15. Review code & mentor the team in improving the quality and efficiency of the delivery.
  16. Experience in writing technical architecture documents.
  17. Build tools and distributed software to automatically gather user stats to improve algorithms.

Qualification and Experience

  1. Must have 2+ years’ experience with the expert-level understanding of Full-Stack technologies
    including some understanding of Deep Learning/ Machine Learning.
  2. Master’s degree in computer science/engineering/mathematics.
  3. Deep knowledge of common programming languages and scripting languages, such as Python
    & C++.
  4. Experience with streaming quality optimization on mobile devices.
  5. Experience collaborating cross-functionally between groups with different video technologies
    and pipelines.
